The MGS Mfg Group's process development and metrology is executed in a dedicated lab environment (Statistical Plastics Corporation) that is isolated from manufacturing demands. Molds are qualified and processes developed to

ensure seamless transition into full production. Part inspection with the latest measuring technologies verifies precision and performance to your company's database and prints. MGS prepares molds for optimal performance and ensures quality results.

From concept validation to full production systems, our process technicians are capable of executing basic to advanced process qualifications. Our floor consists of the latest equipment, single and multishot presses, full integration of robotics, and automation to streamline the transfer of molds into production. Designers, moldmakers, software, and automation (all located in the same facility) are coupled with highly skilled manufacturing technicians providing you with the formula for success. We offer the skill and knowledge to successfully sample your single and multishot molds.
