MGS operates over 200 conventional and multishot injection molding machines in five ISO Certified facilities. We are currently comprised of TecStar Wisconsin, TecStar Illinois, MGS Antioch, TecStar de Mexico and MGS Ireland. The facilities combine to operate over 200 injection molding machines (28 ton – 880 ton) spanning over 350,000 square feet. Certifications include: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO/TS 16949. Each facility has unique attributes to enable the servicing of regional customer needs. Capabilities include: injection molding (insert, thin wall, hot runner, decoupled), multishot molding (two/three/four shot), clean room manufacturing, continuous extrusion shuttle blow molding, and automated, semi-automated and manual value-added operations (heat staking, pad printing, ultra-sonic welding, inspection, assembly and packaging).
